Food Review by Sherry Mylar
I recently had the pleasure of getting take-out from Asian Seoul Kitchen for the first time. This food truck is conveniently located at the NE intersection of Smith-Enke Rd and Desert Greens Dr, in front of State Farm. The truck is easy to spot with its cheery, bright red exterior, and the friendly, smiling faces inside.
I called ahead to order a sampling from their menu items and my food was ready within 20 minutes. I received 9 different items from the menu, including 2 desserts.
The Ribeye Beef Bulgogi Fries are one of their most popular menu items, and it did not disappoint! Hot, crisp fries loaded with ribeye bulgogi, cheese, bacon and green onion, and topped with a tasty sriracha sauce. Delicious!
So tender and flavorful. I just cannot praise it enough and am so glad to have found a place for amazing shrimp here in town.
My desserts were an Apple Pie Eggroll, and a Cheesecake Eggroll. They were both crisp with a light, crunchy shell, and still hot by the time I bit into them. The apple pie is a rich, decadent dessert and very sweet. The cheesecake was milder, but still sweet with a very creamy texture. The perfect end to a truly delicious meal.
The menu price point seems very fair given the quantity and quality of the food received, and this has quickly become one of our go-to spots when we want a great meal. I am hoping they are around for a long time, so give this great little food truck a try, you won't regret it!
