Meet Gayle Randolph, Branch Manager and HUD Certified Housing Counselor for NID Housing Counseling Agency serving Pinal & Maricopa Counties, since 2008. She is a strong advocate for Fair Housing and works tirelessly to provide equal housing opportunities for all members of the community. A housing counselor is a financial advocate specifically trained to offer insights and answers on fair housing, home buying, renting, credit, financial literacy, mortgage & rental assistance, giving consumers a strong foundation to make more informed decisions on their housing journey. With more than twenty years of experience in the field, Gayle has an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the housing market, and her knowledge has enabled her to provide critical assistance to those seeking help; her skillset is second to none! In her current position, she has provided numerous presentations to families, community and real estate trade groups, and government and private sector institutions on housing topics encouraging community development and generational wealth.


NID is a Partner with the Arizona Homeowner Assistance Fund (AZHAF). The Arizona Homeowner Assistance Fund is a $196 million program funded by the American Rescue Plan to prevent foreclosures. Through the HAF FUNDS program, families are eligible to receive up to $40,000 in assistance for FREE to cover the late mortgage, utilities, HOA, taxes, and insurance bills. Gayle is dedicated to helping families access this vital resource and ensure that they keep their homes. To qualify homeowners must: ●Have an income equal to or less than 150% of the area’s median income. ●Be late on their primary residence. ●Have experienced financial hardship after Jan.21, 2020, due to a Covid 19 concern. (Job loss, reduction of income, increased healthcare costs, caring for a family member or yourself due to covid Gayle takes a personalized approach to coaching, understanding that everyone's situations and needs are unique. She is patient and thorough, helping consumers understand the entire process and the complexity of the paperwork.


Gayle is a true professional and an asset to the housing industry, making her an excellent choice for anyone looking for housing assistance. Gayle is passionate about her community. She has been a member of the NAREB & Realist Community since 1999 and is a co-founder of the Arizona NAREB Chapter. She had the honor of serving on NAREB’S Board of Directors for 4 years as Assistant Treasurer. Ms. Randolph continues to inspire as she currently serves on The Board of Directors of The Arizona Fair Housing Center.
